When choosing Bir Bonus categories, you can earn up to 100 bonuses per month by category and an unlimited number of bonuses for purchases at our partners. 2x VAT refund * When you pay by QR using the Birbank Cashback installment card, 2x VAT is refunded to your balance. To receive it, simply follow these steps: \- Tell the cashier that you will pay by QR. \- Open the “QR” section at the bottom of the main screen in the Birbank app. \- Select the Birbank Cashback installment card for payment. \- Scan the QR and complete the payment. \- Scan the purchase receipt in the Birbank app. * For one-time payments made either from your own funds on the Birbank Cashback installment card or from your assigned credit line, you receive a 2x VAT refund. * The conditions for the 2x VAT refund are simple. The first part is refunded without limits in accordance with the standard terms of the “ƏDV geri al” product. For the second part, the maximum monthly amount is 20 ₼. Example: Suppose that this month you received a total VAT refund of 55 ₼. Out of this amount, 40 ₼ is the standard VAT refund (“ƏDV geri al”). The remaining 15 ₼ relates to the 2x VAT refund. Since the monthly limit for the 2x VAT refund is 20 ₼, you still have 5 ₼ left until the limit is reached. In other words, a maximum of 5 ₼ from the next receipt can be counted toward the 2x VAT refund. Installments up to 24 months, grace period up to 63 days * The credit line of the Birbank Cashback installment card can be used in two ways: with installments and without installments. When using the credit line with installments, you can pay for purchases at Birbank partners that offer installment plans, split the purchase amount into monthly payments, and pay in parts. * Many of our partners offer installment plans up to 24 months. At some partners, a fee may apply depending on the installment period. * Using the credit line without installments includes transfers to other cards, cash withdrawals, and one-time payments from the credit line, meaning any transactions without splitting the amount into installments. For cash withdrawals, transfers, and credit payments from the credit line, a grace period of up to 63 days is set individually. * The maximum credit line limit is 20 000 ₼. You can apply for the Birbank Cashback installment card with a credit line if you receive your salary or pension either at Kapital Bank or at another bank. * At the time of application, you must be over 18 and under 67 years old. To obtain a credit line, a minimum of 3 months of employment at your current workplace and at least 6 months of total work experience are required. For pensioners, no work experience is required. The maximum credit line term is 59 months. * For amounts used from the credit line without installments, a monthly interest rate of 1.92% to 3.1% is applied after the grace period ends. * The annual percentage rate (APR) for the Birbank Cashback installment card ranges from 25.25% to 43.32%. Free delivery * Delivery is currently available only in Baku, Absheron, and Sumgayit. There’s no extra charge for delivery when ordering a card. Just enter your address, and we’ll deliver your card for free via Wolt. You can also choose the nearest branch and pick up your card there free of charge. Transfers and cash withdrawals * Each month, you can make free transfers to local bank cards and withdraw cash from our bank’s ATMs up to 10 000 ₼ from your own funds across all Birbank cards. * If the total amount of transactions exceeds 10 000 ₼, a 1% fee will be charged (minimum 1 AZN). * The monthly limit is set individually for each customer. You can view detailed information about your limit in the “Spending limits” section of the Birbank app. * When withdrawing cash from your own funds at ATMs of other banks within the country, a 1% fee applies (minimum 2 AZN). Free transfers of your own funds to local bank cards are available in the Birbank app and at Kapital Bank ATMs. * For cash withdrawals and transfers from the card’s credit line, a fee of 1% to 2% applies in accordance with the loan terms (minimum 1–3 ₼). Balance top-up * You can top up your card balance without fees and without limits at our bank’s cash-in ATMs. At branches, offices, and via terminals, you can top up your balance free of charge up to 3 000 ₼ per month. If this amount is exceeded, a 0.5% fee applies. Additional information * If you make the monthly payment on the Birbank installment card (including overdue amounts) by 7:00 PM on the current day, it will be considered paid on the same day. * The payment for the grace period on the Birbank installment card must be made on the last day of the month: \- if it is a business day — by 7:00 PM \- if it is a non-business day — by 7:00 PM on the next business day.
